Management Bios

Our management team has extensive experience in search, e-commerce, media, telesales and fast growth internet based startups.

	Tim Judd - President & Chief Executive Officer As President and CEO, Tim brings over twenty years of sales, marketing and business development experience in search, high tech and new media. Tim is responsible for product direction and market focus, managing strategic relationships and executing key business development initiatives. More recently he founded Search Initiatives, LLC the parent company of eLocal Listing, LLC. Prior to Search Initiatives, Tim co-founded Contraco USA, an international search and consulting company focusing on vertical applications of innovative search technology... and worked for Atex Media Solutions, the leading provider of technology solutions to major newspapers around the world. Before that he was Director of Business Development for Search at Terra Lycos and Director of Business Development for Fast Search and Transfer (FAST) a leading provider of enterprise search solutions which was an early competitor in the web search wars of the early 2000s. Tim resides in Temecula, CA.
	Dr. Ralph Williams - Chief Financial Officer/Secretary As Chief Financial Officer, Ralph oversees all financial activity for eLocal Listing and maintains investor relations. Ralph brings over twenty-five years of experience with financing, investing and executive management. He has held executive positions as President as well as Chief Financial Officer in several fast growth companies. Ralph’s experience includes various positions with Sonera Venture Partners, USA; Lockheed Corporation, Ventura Capital Management, and the investment-banking firm of Pacific Equity Development Corporation. He also served several years with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young), an international accounting firm, in the firm’s Small Business Department. Ralph holds both CPA and CMA Certifications, as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Southern California.
	Greg Royse - VP of Operations As Vice President of Operations, Greg has played a crucial role in the strategic and operational development of eLocal Listing during its first year of tremendous growth. He is instrumental in overseeing all corporate accounting and finance activities, information technology, and facility management on a daily basis. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer for ZoneCom, Inc., Greg established an Information Technology and operational infrastructure which allowed the company to grow from eighty-five thousand in monthly sales to over six million dollars in annual revenue in less than one year. Before joining ZoneCom, Inc., Greg worked in operations, finance and accounting for fifteen years. Royse built his own company Business Outpost. He and his wife Kathy live in Lake Elsinore, CA with their six children.
	Philip Collins - Vice President of Product Development Phil has extensive experience in the delivery of 100% customer satisfaction solutions. His core goal is to ensure that as our customer base grows, the technology, processes and people are in place to ensure continued rapid customer growth with high customer retention. Phil has fifteen years experience in the design and successful launch of advanced business systems for the newspaper and publishing industries. Most recently at eLocal Listing’s parent, Search Initiatives, he lead the technical and deployment teams in the delivery of SI’s self-service local ad platform. Phil brings a strong mix of publishing and new media experience and has led many successful product developments and deployment teams including the ground breaking next generation advertising system at Dow Jones. Originally from New Zealand, Phil and his wife now reside in Temecula, CA.
	Todd Johnson - Co-Founder and Board Member Todd brings over nineteen years experience launching fast growth, telesales driven companies in the communications and telecom industries. He is a renowned motivational speaker and is able to recruit, motivate and retain telephone sales teams like few others in the industry. Before joining eLocal Listing in May 2007, Todd was President and Co-Founder of ZoneCom, Inc., one of the fastest growing SEO firms in the United States. Earlier, Todd founded and served as President of iGetNet.com, a search engine placement firm that marketed strategic internet advertising strategies to small and medium sized businesses as well as producing 400 million searches a month. Todd was also part of the founding team of OhGolly.com, a small business web site solution platform with over 114,000 business subscribers. Todd resides in Winchester, CA with his wife Gina and their three daughters.
	Steve Espinosa - VP of Innovation Steve is responsible for the development of eLocal Listing’s advanced array of product offerings, including the development of the iZone product, the precursor to eLocal Listing’s current product offering. He is fast becoming known as an industry guru in Local Search and is a frequent speaker at Search Conferences nationwide. He recently spoke at Search Engine Strategies Conference and Expo in New York and SMX in San Franciso. Steve writes for multiple Local Search blogs and Search Business Reviews. His extensive knowledge of search and broad understanding of Multimedia have allowed him to enjoy great success in his still very young business career. Steve is an avid White Sox fan and resides in Temecula, CA with his wife Stephanie and son Stephen Jr.
