It is about 100 - 150 feet to the boardwalk. Sleeps 14 featuring all four bedrooms having queen beds with private baths. Bed's are not water beds. Three sleeper sofas in the great room. Four bedrooms have TVs 3 bedrooms with VCR's. The great room has a 55' HD integrated projection television with a Boss DVD/CD CD-RW, MP3 surround sound system. Playstation 2. Just bring the games.
